About Us
﹛﹛ Founded in 1989, Baoyi Foundry Group Corp.is a private enterprise specializing in casting production and machining. It comprises four subsidiaries including Baoyi (casting), Baoding (casting) . Baoxu(casting), Baonuo (machining). The group company covers an area of 128 thousand square meters with fixed assets of RMB 240 million yuan and 960 employees including 116 technicians and advanced engineers.
﹛﹛ The company has right of import and export, selling its products to over 40 countries and regions around the world.

﹛Major Productsㄩgray iron and ductile iron castings for automotive, locomotive, refrigeration compressors and various machinery parts.
﹛  Major EquipmentㄩJapanese FBO-ｊ automatic molding line, American Hunter HMP-20G molding line, German BMD molding line and ECO resin sand molding line. There are over 70 CNC machines and one Toshiba Machining Center.

Company History
1989
 Lisheng Metal Processing Factory was set up.
1990
 Put into production. Its major products: sports items such as barbells, padlocks, etc. Employees: over 30. Annual Output: over 200 tons.
1991
 Produce crank shafts, bonnet, cylinders etc. for ZEL Tianjin
1992
 Produce cookers and exported to Middle East.
1994
 Develop business with Tianjin Machinery Import and Export Company.
1995
 Tianjin Baoyi Industrial Products Co., Ltd. Was set up on May 1.
Developed cylinders, crank shafts and upper bearings with Beijing Embraco & Snowflake Compressor Co. Ltd.
1996
 Self-designed, manufactured and installed a semi-automatic molding line.
Introduction of 5 S concept and A management modes
Develop flanges and gearbox for German SEW company.
1997
 Overall reforms of technology
Develop business with Beijing Auto and Motorcycle Import and Export Co.
1998
 Utilize duplexing melting by both cupola and electric furnace.
1999

In September, install Japanese FBO-ｊ molding line.
In November , obtain ISO9002ㄩ1994 certification( French BVQI)
Develop crank shafts,cylinders and lower bearings with China Resource (Shengyang) Sanyo Compressor Co. Ltd.

2000
 Develop pumps and valves with Danfoss Tianjin
2001

Implement TPM equipment management mode;
Develop housing, flanges etc. for Sumitomo (SCT) Cyclo Drive Tianjin Ltd.

2002

Install the German ECO resin sand molding line;
Develop bearing housing with US GE .
Install Japanese FBM-ｉ molding line and American Hunter molding line. Annual Output exceeded 5000 tons.

2003
 On July 1st Baoding Factory was set up.
In October, FBO-ｊ molding line was installed in Baoding factory.
In October, obtain ISO9001:2000 certification
In October, Tianjin Baonuo Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established.

Annual output over 8000 tons.

2004
 In January the QS-9000 was certified by SGS
  In January Ninghe County Steel Factory was acquired.
  Develop auto parts with international auto makers
2005
 Introduced Enterprise Resources Systems in April.
We retained Beijing Duoxing Co., Ltd. and PMGI Co., Ltd. to diagnose our production and management in June.
2006
 We set up Canadian Operation Agency in November.
The annual casting output is over 12000 tons.
2007
 Retained foreign technicians and managers in January to improve our product quality and technique level, which made great effect on the company.
  Carry on TS16949 Quality Management System in March.
 

The casting yield of the year reached to 14000T.
2008

newly established microseism pneumatic casting production line. 
  Developed the project of elevator for America campany OSHKOSH. 
  Under the pressure of the global economic crisis, the company still reached an output of 12000T.
2009
Successful development of the German ZF Group's cement mixer gear unit series parts project.
